I Avoided My Own Highest-Leverage Move for Almost Two Years

For almost two years, I procrastinated on one specific move in my own business:
showing up consistently online and converting visibility into clients.

I knew it was the leverage point. I knew exactly what it would do for my business. And I still kept postponing it. I felt horrible about myself. And it almost broke my mind: how is it that an accomplished, smart, emotionally intelligent, educated person can't make herself recording a 2-minute video, or sabotages her own outreach...? I know I can do it, it's not that hard. Like, what's wrong with me...??

And as you can imagine, I tried everything I've ever heard of to solve this. I've also tried forcing myself — "Whatever happens, I am going to do this tomorrow morning." And the next morning, I woke up with a migraine. Textbook self-sabotage!
